About Me

Since qualifying as a personal trainer in 2018, I've completed over 6,000 hours of training sessions across top gyms in London like Third Space and Strength House. My journey began with playing rugby in my teens, followed by my own transformation through weight training and nutrition in my early 20s. This experience, combined with my transition from a corporate career to fitness, has shaped my approach to training today.

I understand firsthand the challenges of making significant lifestyle changes and the impact that proper strength training can have on quality of life. Training with me focuses on helping you move better, feel stronger, and achieve sustainable results.
